Health Campus Turku Mentoring Programme offers support, inspiration, and new networks

The Health Campus Turku Mentoring Programme is a service that provides experts from member organizations with an opportunity to develop their skills, receive support for professional growth, and expand their collaboration networks. The programme is open to all actors within the Health Campus Turku network, which includes the Wellbeing Services County of Southwest Finland, University of Turku, Åbo Akademi University, Turku University of Applied Sciences, Novia University of Applied Sciences, and Business Turku.

Tailored Support and Fresh Perspectives

Each participant is matched with a suitable mentor from Health Campus Turku’s broad expert network. The partnership is built around the participant’s needs, and the number and content of meetings are agreed upon flexibly. The programme offers an accessible way to receive:

• Sparring and mentoring

• Support for research and development work

• Opportunities to network across organizational boundaries
